学术成绩


2017年独立工作以来,研究方向集中于:以醇、糖、羧酸等廉价易得的基本化学品为原料,利用温和的电化学手段为关键步骤,高效合成有机功能分子及药物中间体。发表的主要基础研究工作包括:电化学氧化脱羧、脱氢、脱羟基构建Csp3–N、Csp3–Csp2键及其机理的DFT计算研究;电化学脱氧还原、脱氧负离子生成等方法;受邀撰写有机电化学合成领域综述3篇。在应用研究方面:将电化学脱羧策略应用于合成降血脂药物‘贝派地酸’,提高了总收率,获得中国专利授权1项;成功开发出治疗2型糖尿病肾脏病新药‘非奈利酮’起始物料的新方法,并实现了非奈利酮异构体的电化学回收策略,降低了成本。先后承担国家自然科学基金青年项目、江苏省自然科学基金青年项目、南京市留学人员科技创新择优资助等项目,并分别于2015年入选欧盟“玛丽居里学者计划”,2018年入选国家人社部“高层次留学人才回国资助计划”,2022年入选江苏省“科技副总”等人才项目。迄今已发表包括ScienceJ. Am. Chem. Soc.Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等论文40余篇,被引1500余次,其中ESI高被引论文2篇;申请发明专利7项,已授权3项。
